1. When can I expect my order to arrive?

You can expect your shipping confirmation email within 1 - 3 business days. From there, our standard shipping within the US is 3 - 5 business days for freebeat exercise bike and 3-7 business days for MorphRover 2-in-1 eBike. Please bear in mind that your local delivery services may currently be limited, so it may take a little longer than usual to receive your package. You’ll receive a notification when your order is on the way with tracking information. If you have any questions, you can always contact us at customerservice@freebeatfit.com.

2. What does my order look like when it’s shipped?

The components are professionally crafted, and you need to follow the instructions ( manual pdf + tutorial video ) for assembly, but don't worry, it's super easy. Our patented "easy assembly" bikes guarantee simplicity and ease. Most people are able to assemble their bike with the assistance of the detailed assembly manual and supplemental assembly videos on the site within a few hours. However, we encourage you to take a look at the online manual for enhanced detail.

3. I’ve placed my order but I need to change my address, what can I do?

If you wish to change your address, and have not yet received a shipping notification or tracking information, please email us at customerservice@freebeatfit.com and we will try our best to change your order information!

4. What if my box arrives damaged?

We definitely hope this never happens, but if it does, email us at customerservice@freebeatfit.com and we’ll do our best to resolve things quickly. We will be happy to replace damaged parts accordingly.
